Rania Abiad was born in Damascus, Syria. She has a vast knowledge of the country, and surrounding regions. Rania studied architecture as a young girl and has a deep passion for design. She moved to Los Angeles in 1979 where she settled with her husband, Nicola, and children Mark and Monique. Rania set out to become a travel agent in 1989. After gaining experience with other agencies, she opened the Rania’s Travel & Cruises in 1994. Rania enjoys all forms of travel but prefers taking cruises the most. Above all, Rania loves spending time with her family.

Mark Abiad was born in Los Angeles, CA and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. He was raised in home with deep cultural roots which brings him a unique perspective on the world. Mark loves to travel, meet new people and explore new places. This enthusiasm carries over in his passion to help others plan their trips and vacation plans around the world. Mark is well versed with travel options throughout Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East while specializing in cruises, group packages, honeymoons, and extended travel planning. Mark is also a licensed travel insurance agent providing clients a full service treatment.

Nicola Abiad was born in Lebanon and moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1963. He has owned and operated a number of businesses over the years, from restaurants to hair salons. He met his loving wife, Rania, and settled down in the San Fernando valley to raise their family. Nicola has traveled throughout the Middle East and Europe with extensive experiences as a cruiser.
